I have used it with all ages in the library. There needs to be a more secure way of attaching the base. I have to tighten it every time I take it off the shelf.

My kids and I travel anytime we are able. They love to learn about different places in the world and this globe was exactly what I had in mind for them to be able to find places on their own. They are in the 3rd and 4th grade and are also learning about world history. With the globe on their desk, they can easily show me the area of the world they are talking about. I really do like this globe!

I purchased a globe for 3 yr. old grandson to track his dad's military deployment. He used a dry eraser pen to do it. It helped make the deployment easier. He loves his "gobe". He'll probably the only kindergartner that already knows world geography--what a great what to learn the location of continents and countries. Great product.
